Research Report
The research report consists of a compilation of all of the research that our team conducted over the course of the project. We developed this version to provide a more comprehensive, documented resource for the general community to have a deeper understanding and appreciation of some of the social and spatial elements of NEOKC, and specifically the So8th area. This version also includes development and design recommendations for OCURA that were directly informed by the community engagement throughout the project.

The action guide is a condensed version of the research report. This version is formatted into an action guide with recommendations for OCURA to follow and implement, and for surrounding property owners to learn from.
